Environmentally friendly living
We’re taking proactive steps to improving the energy efficiency of all our properties, and proudly embrace the principles that guide the NABERS and Green Star rating systems. To help reduce our environmental footprint, we have adopted a number of sustainability initiatives across the Realm network
- 100% LED lighting across all Realm properties
- Recycling initiatives with a focus on reducing landfill, by providing everything from E-Waste to charity bins – Reduce, Reuse and Recycle is our mantra!
- Going paperless! Where possible, we adopt digital solutions for all of our processes reducing our need for paper.
- All residents benefit from car share partnerships, and where possible an onsite car share vehicle for resident use.
- Where possible, properties are fitted out with charging technology for E-Vehicles.
- Community Garden at Realm Kangaroo Point for residents to test their green-thumb!
