Realm Caulfield | Rent Credit Offer

1.      Subject to these terms and conditions, Realm Australia is offering Eligible Residents up to eight (8) weeks rent Credit when they enter into a lease that commences no later than 31 March 2026 for an apartment at Realm Caulfield (Promotion).

2.      An Eligible Resident is a person who:
a.  is a natural person over the age of 18 years;

b.  has never resided at Realm Caulfield; and

c.  has not made an offer on an Eligible Apartment before this offer commenced.

3. An Eligible Apartment refers to a vacant or available two or three bedroom apartment at Realm Caulfield.

4.      The Eligible Resident  will receive a credit to their account spread evenly over the term of the lease term and applied on a monthly basis (Credit) for a total amount equivalent to:

a.      four (4) weeks rent  if they enter into a lease for an apartment for a term between 12-17 months;

b.      six (6) weeks rent if they enter into enter into a lease for an apartment for a term between 18-23 months; and

c.      eight (8) weeks rent  if they enter into a lease for an apartment for a term of 24 months or more.

5.      For all other purposes, the terms of the lease will continue to apply, including payment of a 4-week bond, deposit and rental payment in advance by the date specified in the lease.

6.      If an Eligible Resident terminates their lease during the term of the lease, they will lose the benefit of any part of the Credit that remains outstanding.

7.      The Credit cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

8.      This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, campaigns or offers affiliated with Realm Australia or Realm Caulfield.

9.      This Promotion is not valid if booked via education agents, bookings agents, or referral agents.

10.      We may, acting reasonably, cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend the Promotion at any time by updating the terms and conditions published on the following website: https://realma.c2.efront.dev/terms-conditions/

11.  If there is any inconsistency between these terms and the provisions of the Eligible Resident’s lease, then the provisions of the lease will prevail.

12.  The Promotion is valid until 11.59pm on 31 March 2026.

13.  These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Victoria.

Realm Kangaroo Point | Rent Credit Offer

1.      Subject to these terms and conditions, Realm Australia is offering Eligible Residents up to eight (8) weeks rent Credit when they enter into a lease that commences no later than 31 March 2026 for an apartment at Realm Kangaroo Point (Promotion).

2.      An Eligible Resident is a person who:
a.  is a natural person over the age of 18 years;

b.  has never resided at Realm Kangaroo Point; and

c.  has not made an offer on an Eligible Apartment before this offer commenced.

3.      The Eligible Resident will receive a credit to their account spread evenly over the term of the lease term and applied on a fortnightly basis (Credit) for a total amount equivalent to:

a.    four (4) weeks rent free if they enter into a lease for a term between 12-17 months;
b.    six (6) weeks rent free if they enter into a lease for a term between 18-23 months;
c.    eight (8) weeks rent free if they enter into a lease for a term of 24 months or more.

Realm Caulfield

Referral

Terms and Conditions

1.       Subject to these terms and conditions, Realm is offering a Referring Party and Eligible Resident each:

a.       a $250 GiftPay voucher (Voucher), where the Referring Party introduces an Eligible Resident to Realm Caulfield or Realm Kangaroo Point (Realm Property) and that Eligible Resident enters into a six (6) month lease at Realm Property (Promotion); or

b.       a $500 GiftPay voucher (Voucher), where the Referring Party introduces an Eligible Resident to Realm Property and that Eligible Resident enters into a twelve (12) month lease at Realm Property (Promotion).

2.       A Referring Party is a person who:

a.       is a natural person over the age of 18 years; and

b.       is currently the lessee of a lease for an apartment at Realm Property.

3.       An Eligible Resident is a person who:

a.       is a natural person over the age of 18 years;

b.       has never resided at Realm Property; and

c.       at the time of the referral for the Promotion, is not already on the database for prospective residents at Realm Property.

4.       The Eligible Resident must:

a.       include the Referring Party’s name on the rental application form at the time of application;

b.       enter into a lease for an apartment at Realm Property for a term of twelve (12) months or more before the End Date with a commencement date within 30 days of the End Date.

5.       For all other purposes, the terms of the lease will continue to apply, including making payment of any bond, deposit and first week rental amounts.

6.       The Referring Party and Eligible Resident will each be emailed a Voucher to the email address noted on their lease within 4 weeks of the Eligible Resident moving into Realm Property.

7.       Only one Voucher will be issued to each of the Referring Party and the Eligible Resident i.e. one Voucher per applicable apartment at Realm Property.

8.       The Voucher cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

9.       The Voucher will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Voucher issuer. Any dispute relating to the Voucher is strictly between the Voucher recipient and the provider.

10.   This Promotion can be used in conjunction with any other promotion or campaign promoted at Realm Property.

14.   These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state where the Realm Property is located.
